Private Cooking Class & Team-Building Event Details

bullet Private Hands-on Cooking Class with Dinner (or Lunch):

· Ideal for corporate "team-building" events, business-to-business functions, anniversaries, and birthdays. Perfect for any group from avid "foodies" to complete novices who would have fun working together to make a fabulous meal from scratch (with professional guidance, of course!).

· Pricing: $100 per person, plus wine/corkage, sales tax (7.75%) and service charge (20%)
· Fee includes: hands-on cooking class, coaching by our trained "team chefs," customized recipe booklet for each guest, delicious 4 course meal, coffee, iced tea and mineral water.
· Cooking class time: 1-1/2 to 2 hours (varies)
· Hors d'oeuvres & Meal time: 1 to 1-1/2 hours
· Total Event Time: 3 to 3-1/2 hours
· Class Minimum: 10 people (Sunday-Friday); 20 people on Saturdays.
· A special "VIP" Private Cooking Class option for groups of 8 is offered on a space-available basis. Please inquire.
· Class Maximum: We can accommodate up to 56 people; weather-permitting, we can accommodate more. Please inquire.
· Special Gift Aprons are available upon special request ($24.95 plus tax for stock apron with Ramekins Logo; add $12.50 for guests name to be added in gold thread embroidery!)

· Same concept as the hands-on dinner, but an assortment of hors d'oeuvres are enjoyed rather than a full meal, leaving time afterwards for dinner later at one of Sonoma's fine restaurants.

· Pricing: $75 per person, plus wine/corkage, sales tax (7.75%) and service charge (20%)
· Fee includes: hands-on cooking class, coaching by our trained "team chefs," customized recipe booklet for each guest, a variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres, coffee, iced tea and mineral water.
· Cooking class time: 1 to 1-1/2 hours (varies)
· Hors d'oeuvres & Wine time: 1 to 1-1/2 hours
· Total Event Time: 2-1/2 to 3 hours
· Class Minimum: 15 people (Sunday-Friday); 20 people on Saturdays.

bullet Private "Wine & Dine" Wine Pairing Cooking Class Demonstration:

Let Ramekins' professional cooking instructors and wine educators show you how to create casual and fun gatherings with easy, yet innovative food dishes paired with unique wines from the local region.

Ramekins Wine & Dine cooking demonstrations are designed to teach culinary techniques while explaining the food elements that link with a wine's flavor profiles. The overall experience enhances one's appreciation of the marriage of food and wine while offering options for "harmonious consumption" of some lesser known varietals. Wines are tasted and discussed with your food samples.

Event Description:
Program includes 2 to 2 1/2 hour cooking class demonstration of a four course menu, tastings of wines paired with each course, recipes for each guest, iced tea or coffee.

· Cost per person: $85 (in-house) / $95 (off-site), plus sales tax (7.75%) and
service charges (20%)
· Class minimum: 18 people (in-house); 24 people (off site)
· Class maximum: 36 people (in-house); 60 people (off site)
· Event Time: Approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hour demonstration class
