Due to a recent overwhelming number of donation requests, we ask you to note the following procedural items:

  • We do not review telephone, fax or US Mail submissions. Only requests submitted via this form will be reviewed. Unsolicited letters and other printed information will be recycled upon receipt.
  • We are usually pre-committed 3-6 months in advance.
  • If we are able to honor your request, we will contact you via the email address below and arrange for completion of your forms and our delivery of any items donated.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks for Ramekins to review your request.
  • Please do not call or re-email to follow-up.
