Ramekins Cooking Class Descriptions:

All cooking classes are held at Ramekins Sonoma Valley Culinary School, 450 West Spain Street, four blocks west of the Sonoma Plaza.

Classes are either "Demonstration" (non-participation) format or "Hands-on" (full-participation) format.

Students receive tasting portions of the dishes prepared in class. The tastings do not constitute a complete meal unless indicated (i.e., Winemaker Dinners and Chef's Tables) so we suggest students have a light snack or meal prior to arrival.

Complimentary mineral water, coffee, tea and iced tea will be served during class.

Adults (21 and older) will be offered two glasses of wine (included in the class price), served with the food samples in all demonstration and most hands-on classes (except bread and pastry classes). Wine is served along with the food samples, not before-hand.

Students receive a special booklet of all the recipes used in class.

Students receive 10% off cookbooks cookbook purchases at Ramekins as well as discounts at several exciting Sonoma merchants.

Class menus may be altered by the instructor because of seasonal availability of ingredients.

Hands-on Classes ("Hands-on")

*20 student maximum
*Long pants and closed-toed/rubber soled shoes strongly advised
*Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted

*4 hours in length

*11 student maximum

Winemaker Dinners
