Cooking Class Cancellation Policy:1. Cooking class registrations must be received with payment in full.2. Ramekins reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. If a class is cancelled, we will contact students by telephone to arrange for refunds and credits. 3. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 14 calendar days in advance of the class date and receive either a 100% refund or transfer the fee to another class. Refunds can only be made in the same method in which you originally paid. 4. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 7 calendar days in advance of the class date and apply your credit to a future class. 5. No credit or refund will be given for any class registration cancelled less than 7 seven calendar days prior to a class date, unless the class is sold out and we are able to sell your space. You may choose to send someone in your place. 6. Students registering in a group of 6 or more for any one class will be ineligible for refunds or credits within 21 calendar days prior to the class date. No exceptions will be made. The person making the registration will be asked to sign an acknowledgement of our special group registration policy. A group registration DOES NOT constitute a private event, and all guests will be expected to show common courtesy to the instructor and fellow students. 7. If you cancel or change one or more classes in a discounted series, you will forfeit your discount on all classes in that series, thus reducing your refund or credit. These policies were created in order to allow Ramekins to continue to offer YOU great cooking classes at reasonable prices.
Cooking Class Safety and Legal Notice:Participation in a Ramekins cooking class may involve student use of cooking equipment and tools in a busy kitchen environment. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the student that by making payment for (including the redemption of a gift certificate or volunteering) and/or by participating in the class the student releases, idemnifies and hold harmless Ramekins (and its parent company 400 West Spain Corp) and the directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of any of them, from any and all liability of any kind for any damages and/ or injuries incurred in connection with the students attendance at a cooking class at Ramekins and understands and accepts the risks inherent in the preparation and cooking of food with other people in the kitchen.Please contact us if you have questions about any of the above policies.
